“Battle Through the Heavens” Movie Leaked: Is November 21st the End?

‘Battle Through the Heavens: Battle of the Two Emperors’ Movie Set for November Release? Original Author Previews Final Film!

Anime fans, the wait for the ultimate climax is almost over! Following the intense events of last week’s episode of Battle Through the Heavens (Doupo Cangqiong), where Hun Tiandi led the Hun Clan in a daring raid against the Gu Clan to seize the Ancient God Tou She Jade fragments, the series is fast approaching its long-awaited grand finale.

With all eyes on the upcoming resolution, exciting news and rumors have surfaced regarding the upcoming theatrical movie climax, 《Battle Through the Heavens: Battle of the Two Emperors》 (Doupo Cangqiong: Shuang Di Zhi Zhan).

Here is everything fans need to know about the current status and release updates!

The Setup: Trading Fragments for Xiao Zhan

In the latest storyline, Hun Tiandi successfully gathers seven of the eight Ancient God Jade fragments after raiding the ancient clans. Only one piece remains—the one in Xiao Yan’s possession.

To complete the set and unlock the ancient cave dwelling containing the Di Tier Embryonic Pill (the key to ascending to a Dou Emperor), Hun Tiandi has arranged a high-stakes exchange at the Burial Heaven Mountain Range. In exchange for the final fragment, Hun Tiandi will return Xiao Yan’s father, Xiao Zhan (who has now reached Dou Huang level).

This trade sets the stage for the story’s ultimate battleground: the deep magma realm under Canaan Academy, where the ancient cave and the sealed ancient dragon emperor, Zhu Kun (a peak 9-Star Dou Saint), await.

Leaked Release Date: November 21?

According to recent leaks, the final movie special, 《Battle Through the Heavens: Battle of the Two Emperors》, is rumored to premiere on November 21.

Looking at the current weekly broadcast schedule, the main episodic run is expected to finish on November 15. A movie release on November 21 would allow for a seamless transition into the final movie feature, which is anticipated to run around two hours.

While some fans remain skeptical about whether production studio Huanwei Digital can deliver so quickly, similar seamless transitions have been pulled off in other popular Donghua series (such as Shrouding the Heavens).

Tian Can Tu Dou to Attend Early Screening

Adding massive credibility to the rumors, original author Tian Can Tu Dou revealed in a recent livestream that he will be visiting Huanwei’s headquarters in a few days to get an exclusive preview of the finished Battle of the Two Emperors movie!

This strongly suggests that animation work on the finale is already complete or in its final polish stages, allowing the creator to review the cut before official date announcements are made.

The Final Showdown Awaits

As the definitive finale of the Battle Through the Heavens series, Battle of the Two Emperors marks the culmination of Xiao Yan’s journey to becoming the Flame Emperor and his decisive clash against Hun Tiandi across the Central Plains.

While official confirmation from the animation team is still pending, fans can expect official teaser materials and promotional announcements very soon!
